About 20 years ago I published the book "Management for Cannibals: How to become Chief Eating Officer". It was inspired by my work experience at Microsoft (I spent 10 years there) and the readers loved it.

Now, after 12 years at Google I am starting this blog "Management for Cannibals -2", which may become a new book. And I hope you'd like it as much as the first one.
This one is dedicate to three of my worst managers at Google. Let's call them TA., CC., and WE.
- TA for driving her career goal to become a second level manager by destroying a fully functional team and creating a fake one instead that does not do much good for the company.
- CC for just being a bad manager, not quite qualified for the job.
- WE for being... welll... a good low level manager. Well, from the upper management point of view.
And, of course, our fearless leader, Bare Bone, making the tough decisions and taking full responsibility for them:
